I almost forgot to type my thoughts today, and it’s only the second day...Hah.

Any ways I just realised how many people actually write on tumblr and have personal blogs about their life. Makes me  feel small, but I like it because my “work” is blending into the conglomerate  work of the “interwebs”. Today was a good day, I feel a better vibe when it came to studying and I just finished my leg day today. Isolating the quads and hamstrings, as well as my calves in my last exercises.

I have set myself a two year goal. At the end of these two years I should be at my physical peek in terms of aesthetics. I am 1 month through, 23 more to go.

Five times a day to the gym, eating lots, and sleeping lots. Complementing this with reading, traveling, and being intellectually active, of course.
