Ron: "Malfoy, we're putting. The hole is literally three feet away. Let go of my waist."

Hermione (handing over her spare beach outfit.): "Just wear it, Ron. It's breathable, and clearly your wardrobe is now... ash."

Ron : "I feel light. I feel tropical. I feel... desired."

Hermione : "You fooled three men into buying you snacks. You giggled at one of them. One of them gave you their towel."

Ron (grinning): "His name was Orion and he said I radiate calming energy.It was a strategic giggle, Hermione"

Hermione : "You’re acting more girly than Lavender in spring and you’re not even pretending to be subtle!"

Ron : "Maybe I’m just embracing whatever works. Also he’s buying me a bubble tea next."

Ron: “Mate, I lost a bet... but also I’ve never looked this cool in my life.”

Hermione: “He didn’t lose a bet. He tried my dress for fun and now refuses to take it off.”

Ron: “I finally have some admiration. I’m not going back.”

Hermione: “We look hot. The haters can hex themselves.”

Draco (from behind a pillar): “I came here to bully but now I’m confused and maybe in love.”

(Scorpius wails louder, burying his face in Draco’s shoulder. Draco closes his eyes, holding him tighter, guilt blooming in his chest.)

Draco: I can close billion-pound deals but I can’t fix a broken giraffe.

(The door opens. Ron steps in, cheeks flushed from rushing. He sees the scene and doesn’t speak — just walks straight to them.)

Ron: Give him to me.

(Draco hesitates, then hands Scorpius over like he’s handing over his entire heart. The boy quiets instantly in Ron’s arms, hiccuping, clutching Ron’s shirt.)

Scorpius: (sniffling) Papa broke it.

Ron: (rocking him)I know, sweetheart. Papa didn’t mean to. He’s just tired. He works so hard for us.

(Draco watches them, his jaw clenched, eyes glassy. He loosens his tie with trembling fingers.)

Draco: I missed his nap. I missed lunch. I missed the giraffe. I’m missing everything.

Ron: (looks up, eyes soft) You’re not missing anything. You’re here. You’re trying. That’s what matters.

(Scorpius yawns against Ron’s chest. Ron kisses his curls. Draco steps closer, brushing a hand over Scorpius’s back, then resting it on Ron’s shoulder.)

Draco: (quietly) I don’t know how you do it. You make it look effortless.

Ron: (smiling, tired but radiant) It’s not. But loving you both makes it worth every second.

(Draco leans in, pressing his forehead to Ron’s. Scorpius is nestled between them, finally asleep. The city glows behind them, but inside this office, it’s just the three of them — a quiet, imperfect, beautiful family.)

Draco: I’ll cancel tomorrow’s meetings. Let’s take him to the park. I want to be there when he laughs again.

Ron: (softly) He laughs every time you look at him like that.
