Lyra had arrived late at the Manor, confronted by her cousin. “I’m too tired for this, Draco,” she said as she headed for the door. He reached out and slammed the door shut in front of her. 

“Draco,” her tone was warning, her brown eyes threatening as she stared down her cousin. 

He had never been like this before, not particularly towards her. She couldn’t blame him given what had been happening of late. Her father and uncles both in Azkaban, her mother taking up residence at the Manor. There was a definite tension within the family, none could deny.
