Though still far from being able to start making any of the games, I am here to report I have learned a bit more of GDevelop. I've figured out how to make the character switch from the walk animation to the run animation when the run key is held and back when released.

Years ago some evil person fed poison to one of my beloved cats, Scribble. They did that TWICE in the same week. A sweet and well-behaved boy that always brought us joy was taken from us. We got to save him the first time, but not the second. I still miss him deeply.
Last night I figured what to name and what design the friendly cat in my dragon game, the one that will help Amica in the "afterlife" dream-like scene when she dies in the game, if I actually can implement such feature. That cat will be male, his fur will be stripped grey and his name will be Scribble.
