I was kind of planning to keep Dr gary faceless in my art, but i couldn’t help it. It was kind of fun to mess around with the design. I might keep him faceless if i do any other art after this. Efnisien will likely be the one to fall victim to my color studies more often because his curly hair is way too fun to play with :)

favorite line/scene you wrote this year

Oh god, I have way too many. *Thinks about what I wrote.*

Like, nearly every Dr Gary scene in Falling Falling Stars. Definitely the moment in Passiflora when Hades hugs Zagreus (twice, I think). All of the Oswal-Tay arc in The Ice Plague 3, as well as so many moments from the Trowna arc, and for some reason, especially the moment where the trow children were running around slapping adults on the legs and running away. It just seemed like such a human/grounding moment and every time I read it I smile.

Also there are a lot of things I've written this year that I haven't published yet, that are some of my favourite scenes too - Gwyn and the Raven Prince in The Nascent Diplomat, and Mosk walking up to Gwyn and hugging/holding him, in The Ice Plague 3. There are things that will go up this month, or next year, but I wrote them this year and I love those things.

Yeah I can't pick a single favourite scene or line, I've written half a million words this year!

It was interesting coming up with pictures for this character because in many ways, even after more than 60 chapters, he is still a mysterious guy, and half of the things hinted here we know only thanks to Pia’s behind the scenes. But he is still the MVP of the story, so I wanted to give him some love.
