I caved and I got Dragon Quest VII Reimagined and now I desperately want a simple sea related name for my protagonist since I found his parents and uncle are named Pearl, Pollock, and Pike respectively.

I am definitely enjoying Dragon Quest VII Reimagined but not as much as the other ones Iβve played.
Mostly because my usual comment in the third act of the game is I JUST GOT HERE WHY DO I HAVE TO GO SOMEWHERE ELSE WHEN IβM GOING TO HAVE TO COME BACK HERE WITHOUT EVEN SOLVING A PUZZLE. PUT THE NPC NEAR ME OR BEHIND A BATTLE OR PUZZLE AND NOT JUST AN UNNECESSARY STRETCH OF MAP.
I like the locations and the concept of returning to places to see how they changed, but not the needless running about the game has me do just to enter a dungeon.
I really love how this game looks. Peak artstyle. Cannot wait to play the full adventure.
