3 things about this spread... 1. I love color but I also love this off white, creamy, antique, coffee stained color. 2. I loved the cryptic writing on the back of the photo. So, instead of glueing it down I taped it at the top so I could still see the writing. And 3. There’s this false idea that you can’t have gratitude and be anxious at the same time. That’s a big fat huge lie. ~We can feel joy independent of whatever else we’re experiencing~ I can be grateful and anxious at the same time. Someone can be depressed and be positive at the same time.
