The annual Skid Row Carnival of Love (#SRCOL) is the largest event of its kind serving 4,000 people experiencing #homelessness in and around #DowntownLos Angeles. Powered entirely by volunteers, the Carnival provides vital resources like health checks, haircuts and ID cards alongside music, entertainment and balloons in a 20,000 square-foot block party.
