Bingo Rules:

You must have an ao3 account to join in -- prizes will be awarded via the ao3 collection through the gifting function.

Anyone wishing to receive a prize must submit this form by 23:59 [UTC+0] on 1st December 2025 with an indicative list of prompts you plan to fulfill. 

All prompt fills must be posted by 23:59 [UTC+0] on 24th December 2025.

All prompt fills must meet a request listed on the request summary and gifted to the appropriate participant. 

If you are under 18 you must not post Mature or Explicit works, and we strongly advise that you do not read these if they are posted to the collection.

Please fill out the rest of this form in order to submit your bingo entry.

You will receive your main (second) prize (a choice of fanfiction, fanart or a 30-second video fan edit/fancam) for the first complete a line of five squares or four corner squares on the bingo card. 

Each square must be fulfilled through discrete works of fanfiction, you cannot fill multiple prompts through one fic.

If you complete an additional line of squares, you may submit enough works to be awarded an additional prize, although these are not guaranteed due to the demand on our volunteers. 

All treats must adhere to the sign-up request tags and any relevant DNWs. Only "Creator's Choice of Fandom" / "Any Fandom Containing [Actor]" fandoms may venture outside of the tagset. While some prompts are phrased as "Any [Other] Fandom" this means any fandom requested by the exchange participants.

All prizes will be awarded after 1st January 2026.

How do I post Treats?

Select the "Edit" button from the work's page, and scroll down to the "Associations" section.

Enter "ER_Greatest_of_Gifts_Exchange_2025_ACTIVE" in the "Post to Collections / Challenges" field. 

Enter the recipient's name in the "Gift this work to" field. Please make sure you have selected the correct recipient and spelled it correctly.

Select "Post" to apply your changes.

As the collection is moderated it will need to be approved before it's added to the collection. As part of the challenge it will also be unrevealed until after 00:01 [UTC+0] on 25th December 2025, and Anonymous until after 00:01 [UTC+0] on 1st January 2026.
