Behold the mighty '𝐉𝐞𝐫𝐤 𝐂𝐡𝐢𝐜𝐤𝐞𝐧 𝐑𝐨𝐭𝐢' - : - The day I landed to Canada, I was very open to try and explore the new cuisines but then COVID happened and for the next 3 months, I spent a lot of time exploring and bookmarking the places I will be trying out once things get back to normal and now when things are, I thought to give it a try to the one that's been most popular, the @scottybonsgrill. This was my first time experiencing the Caribbean cuisine and I am now a fan of Scotty Bons Grill. This is a huge roti and I literally mean it stuffed with Lemon Garlic Rice, a huge Chicken base coleslaw, pineapple corn, Jalapeños, Cajun Lime Sauce, BBQ Sauce and the Scotch Bonnet Hot Sauce. With these coming together, what you get is an absolute dynamite of flavours.
