This is one of my favorite salad recipes ever. #dotryit Pretty Veggie Salad: 1 can of green peas 1 can of white or yellow corn 1 can of artichoke hearts (chopped) 1/2 cup of chopped purple onion 1 cup chopped celery 1 chopped red bell pepper 1 cup edamame (out of pod) Mix all ingredients together and then add dressing. Dressing 3/4 cup sugar or sugar substance (equivalent) 1/2 cup of salad oil 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar 1 t salt 1 t pepper #enjoy #healthysalad #salad #eatclean #behealthy
