Department of Transportation (#DOTr) Acting Secretary Usec. #GiovanniLopez and #LTOPhilippines chief Assistant Secretary #MarkusLacanilao, I hope you read this. 

I requested car replacement plates in 2015 to standardize old green plates with the current white plates but the agency sent me a motorcycle plate on Sept 22, 2025 via GO GO Express. Up to now, I haven't received via email the certification for my plate number sent to the email address I used when registered in the #LTO-NCR Replacement Plate Inquiry. 

I followed the requirements to claim replacement plates when i registered to the #eGovPH app. 

#LTO's #WhatsApp number is not registered. 

Please advise what to do next

⏳ I have been waiting for a car plate for 11 yrs now from 2014 - 25 when Pres. Pnoy was still alive. Pnoy's term ended in 2016 and he was succeeded by Pres. Duterte. Duterte was then succeeded by Pres. Marcos Jr. in 2022. And I'm still waiting.

My car plate is still with LTO although the agency said they found it through the eGovPH app.

The Department of Transportation (DoTr) recently said that there is no Timeline yet for the completion of the Sangley Point International Airport (SPIA) since the Contractor has been unable to submit yet the necessary Requirements for the start of its Construction.

These Requirements are the Detailed Engineering Design (DED), the Environmental Compliance Certificate and the Technical and Regulatory Compliances with the Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines (CAAP).

However, the DoTr said that there is no deadline for the submission of these Requirements as of now, they are just waiting for these to be completed before they can move forward with it.

The Contractor is a Joint Venture between the Local Government of Cavite and a Consortium of Local Companies.

MY THOUGHTS: So four Years after the Deal with China to fund the said Airport was cancelled, the SPIA Project remains on hold, with no End in sight on when it will be completed, IF it will be completed at all. Remember that back in 2021,

The Cavite Government back then said that cancellation was due to the inability of the Chinese Contractors to submit the necessary Requirements also, but a lot of other Things were already happening related to the Project before that.

For one, the United States (US) publicly blacklisted the Chinese Company behind the Project, and anonymous US and Filipino Dogs admitted to the News Organizations that had warned about continuing the Deal with China.

All these Opposition when China was just trying to help the Philippines ended making China lose Interest in the Project, which is what the US and their Pinoy “Aw-aws” wanted all along.

Frankly I have no Problems with the US and their obedient and loyal Filipino Canines stopping a Project by China, as long as they find a Way to continue it, like the US and their Allies stepping in to take China’s Place, for Example.

But obviously the US doesn’t want to do that, they just look after their own Interests and not the Filipinos. They show no Accountability or Responsibility for their Actions, all they want it their Interests are served and that’s it.

Never mind in the Philippines end up being EMPTY HANDED, like what is happening now. That Airport would’ve been a big help to the Economy of not only the Province of Cavite, but of the entire Philippines as well. But no, the Philippines is left with nothing while the US is left with Everything …
