I will say, though, that rewriting an entire series is a lot more of an undertaking then rewriting a movie. Movies are more self contained so it’s easier to work with foreshadowing and callbacks and keep track of character development. So when I “rewrite” a series, it’ll be less of a reworking of it from start to finish and more of me listing out how I’d personally alter the things about it that bothered me lol.
