First impression

My beloved t rex/dragon queen and comfort character. He is my favorite Megatron of all time. I love his mannerisms and charisma, and overall he has really good character designs. I specifically adore his Transmetal II form, it is *chef's kiss*
Favorite moment
Any scene where he's chillin' in his CR tub. Yas, queen!
Idea for a story
It really sucks that we never got much explanation into how Megatron to become so disgusted with his organic side in Beast Machines, or what all transpired during the time period between his escape from the ship and the Maximals arriving on the now Megatron-conquered Cybertron. I have so many ideas and headcanons for a prequel/midquel/sequel story, although whether or not I'll actually put any of it to paper is a different question entirely.
Unpopular opinion
Megatron is fun and fascinating to watch in Beast Machines, but in a different way. I do understand the distaste fans have for how grim he is in that show, but for me he made up for that in intimidation and scare factor. He's one of the only Megatrons to ever accomplish actually conquering and controlling Cybertron, and I personally got the sense that his mental state is fucked. Those two things alone make him interesting to me, although as mentioned above I wish we got some explanation behind the grimness.
Favorite relationship
I mentioned it in the previous send a me character ask, but I stand by my Megatron, Optimus Primal, and Dinobot polycule what-if scenarios/AUs.
Canon wise though, Megatron has such a good rivalry with both Primal and Dinobot. He and Dinobot give me an exes vibe, but even if you don't personally see it as such there's not doubt that their rivalry is engaging and contributes a lot to Dinobot's character arc. Meanwhile, Megatron and Primal's rivalry is fun to see unfold and get more intense as time goes all, while simultaneously making their fates tightly intertwined.
Also, a special shoutout to the ant dynamic between Megatron and Inferno for being equally fun and for giving us that infamous nickname.
Favorite headcanon
Megatron has a collection of soaps that he uses during his relaxing and luxurious CR tub time, and if he's not being distracted by meddling Maximals he'll sometimes make his own. He has a variety of scented soaps, but his favorite scents are wisteria, sandalwood, and amber.
