Modern Beach House🦋 Reflecting on design decisions 🦋This Florida beach home… It’s all of the architectural details we took away and added that made the difference between ordinary and extraordinary. It was a ratio and numbers exercise. Online✔️ collaboration regarding design and layout of every batten on the walls, the shiplap and beam on the vaulted ceiling and the exact location of everything else. After a site visit a year ago, this was all done virtually with my client. What an amazing year. It’s all in the details.
