Purpose In Pain
The apostle Paul told Timothy that God had a purpose in all the heartaches and sufferings. It doesn’t always feel good, but there’s reason for the pain.
For the which cause i also suffer these things: nevertheless I am not ashamed: for I know whom I have believed, and I’m persuaded that he is able to keep that which I have committed unto him against that day. (2nd Timothy 1:12)
What am I saying? Many times God allows us to go through some things so we can recognize that we need Him. If you never had a problem, you would never had a solution. the more you need Him, the more you call on Him. The more you call on Him the more He shows up. the more He shows up, the better you know Him. That’s the ultimate reason: that you might know him.
thou wilt keep him in perfect peace whose mind is stayed on the: because he trusteth in thee {Isiash 26:3}
