Haruki Murakami : I'm a Creature of Habit
Today, i have read Hello Habits book (wrote by Fumio Sasaki), from page 30-60. In this part, I got some lessons from him. The first lesson is that we are all of human are the creatures of habit, the product of what we do everyday. As said by expert of habits, "We are we repeatedly do."
Even in case of Haruki Murakami, Fumio Sasaki said that Haruki Murakami said that he is a creature of habits. As we know who is Haruki,,,, Haruki is one of the best author in Japan, he even promoted to become a candidate of noble in literature. Even such as him, he is a creature of habits. So big he is as excuse for successful person, Habits hold main and important rule for maintaining us to do the best, to effort on closing our dream to us.
3 Element Of Habit (According to Charles Duhigg)
As mentioned in the title of its faces, this book explained habits. As I know and I value, this book is such an explanation of the application of habits exercise. If Atomic habits conveyed habits from theory side, this one talk about how habits apply to someone's life. When I read this book I feel like I'm reading how Fumio Sasaki struggle with his exercise on build good and healthy habits into his life.
Fumio Said, as said by Charles Duhigg, there are 3 element of Habits that we all realize and aware of them. These things are cue, routine and reward. In order to build one habit, we must make the cue or trigger that can encourage us to doing the routine. And then routine it self, this core element of habits, when we do it constantly and as often as possible for shape good shade around us. And then the last is reward, reward is most important in our life, while we motivated to do something because it.
Therefore we have to a make reward as often as possible on every goals we have accomplished it.
