Another day and another author deleted their fics from AO3. 😭
Maybe the term “archive” in AO3 implies a promise of "this fic will always be here" that leads to disappointment and a sense of loss when it is no longer the case? When all it really means is "this fic will be here - until the author deletes it"?
Anyway. Remember to be nice to authors, appreciate the fics that are there and download any fics you might want to read (again), they might be gone tomorrow.
