And here's William's final design! Finally ready to come out publicly as a Faunus, he's ditched his hat (though if you think he should just cut ear holes in the hat, let me know!)
He's also swapped out his SMGs for a new Donnerblitz Revolver, capable of firing powerful concentrated thunderbolts. Like his previous guns, it retains the ability to turn into an electrified whip as well. Also, its design is based off the Handcannon from Bioshock Infinite and the Cyber Eagle from Borderlands the Pre Sequel!
