I can't believe I actually did it, lol I feel so proud of myself for being brave. And I can't use that pretense, he knows very well I've got a better grade than him, and I've been helping him with his work a lot. I'll just have to look for a good opportunity and ask for it straight out.

I swear the sushi coordinating was hilarious. The place we went to put more rice than I’m used to, so it was kind of dry to chew on, so it took even longer. Everytime one of us took a bite, the other followed so we’d be awkwardly chewing at the same time, and not miss conversation.

then we walked around the square where the restaurant was located like twice, trying to have an excuse to keep talking and not go home, but there’s like nothing to do around my town, and it was raining a bit, so we called it quits.

but yeah, at least we’re both so awkward it’s less embarrassing I guess.

he’s also been playing DayZ a lot, and I’d play it too if I could justify the purchase when I hardly have time to play…

no idea when we’d do anything again, but I did suggest I’d invite him to my friend’s game night the next time it’s on, and it might be nice for him to make some friends because he doesn’t know anyone here since he moved here for work.
