"You okay?" Dee looked down at his younger counterpart (only by a year) who was currently shivering on the floor of their shared lab. Various stuffies and pillows surrounded him, while he himself was wrapped in at least two blankets- one weighted, and one fluffy.
Don blinked slowly before scowling up at him. "Y-yes. I am perfectly fine. Why do you a-ask?" He hissed, teeth chattering. Dee chuckled and bent down slightly, hands resting on his waist. "Oh, I don't know. Maybe because you look like you're freezing your tail off. Not to mention, we both know we only act this way when freezing."
Frown only deepening, Don clicked his tongue before huffing. "Fine. Maybe I feel mildly uncomfortable. How are you not cold anyway?!" He whipped his head to the (slightly) older genius who chuckled. "I'm bigger then you. And can handle more cold apparently. Makes it easier to store heat."
Don growled under his breath, tucking his nose under the edge of the fluffy blanket. He looked awful, Dee admitted to himself. And that was saying a lot, considering he looked pretty under any circumstance. Crouching down beside him, Dee lifted up a side of the blanket. Don's hiss of protest was cut off as a large arm wrapped around his shoulders and he was brought to the side of a very warm thing.
Looking up, he grumbled. "I'm not a little kid."
Dee chuckled. "No, but you are freezing. So quit complaining." Trying to build up more warmth, Dee rubbed his hand up and down Don's shell, which he seemed to appreciate.
"Haven't done this for awhile..." Dee muttered, his thoughts drifting to his brothers. Don shifted a bit, snuggling into his side more.
"I'm sorry. For what happened." Don said, looking ahead of him. Dee chuckled again.
"You weren't there. Not your fault." Dee waved a tablet in front of Don's face, seemingly from nowhere. "Now, I know we're both probably too old for this, but..... Atomic Lass marathon?"
Don grinned. "Definitely."
