D: Is there a song or a playlist to associate with [insert fic]?

Nope! I rarely write with music, unless I’m at a coffee shop or library that are too loud to focus. Then I’ll put Rose’s theme on repeat, because it’s soft and doesn’t get in the way of my thinking.

E: If you wrote a sequel to [insert fic], what would it be about?

Uhhhh... I’d rather write the prequel. I’ve given them quite the perfect happy ending, I think--I’d rather show a little more about how they got there.

J: Write or describe an alternative ending to [insert fic].

*blank stare* I very rarely have alternate ending ideas. I have to know where I’m going to be able to write the story.

But last week you asked about Double Blind, and I sort of have one for that. Well, more like an epilogue I guess. 

See, in my head, after school James and Rose start writing books about the adventures they came up with while they were John and Lily. It’s not an uncommon notion in DW fic, which is part of the reason I never wrote an epilogue for it, but that’s definitely my headcanon of their life together. They finish school and start in their respective fields, but then the books take off, and they become full-time authors.
