My entry for @dollfairy Gym Leader design challenge. She is inspired by the upcoming app called Pokémon Sleep. I’m also fascinated by dream interpretation and dream catchers. Here we go! Name: Dröm Sött (sounds like "drum sought", it is Swedish for "sweet dreams") Age: 16 Region of Origin: Jotho Hometown: Cherry Grove City Preferred Types: Psychic Gym Badge: Dream Catcher Gym Decor: A perfume of chamomile tea & lavender lemon scones fill the air. A variety of beds, pillows, blankets, futons, & hammocks are arranged. This is a place of rest & meditation. Take a nap or enjoy a cup of tea! If you want to battle, we ask that you do it away from sleeping guests as not to disturb them. Pokémon Team: Snorlax, Munna, Psyduck, Slowpoke, Drowzee, & Polteageist Alternates: Jigglypuff, Chansey, & Grumpig Personality: Dröm is a kind & easy going girl with a dreamy aura. Here’s a drawing entry for @dollfairy , this is Vanna on the right with her twin sister Vina on the left. If you don’t know who is Vina? Check on previous the picture of Vanna, there is a bio of her(Also Vina does look like Asami from The Legend of Korra to me😅). Vina is Vanna’s twin sister, who is a Non-Bender and a Evil Twin. When Vina was young, she and Vanna are good sisters together. But time has changed, Vina started being jealous of Vanna, who was taught by their Grandmother to learn Earth Bend. Then Vina ran away and never returned. After she ran away from home, she was being found by a Evil Mastermind with his gang. So Vina was trained and enjoyed the gang. Later Vanna found her, She wanted Vina to come back home. But Vina refused to come back homw with her. She battles Vanna as the Sisters fight! Later Vina become Evil Mastermind’s bounty hunter to take Benders including Vanna. So I didn't win @dollfairy 's #dollfairydesignchallenge but I did get a shout out in her video which is pretty cool! She liked Haru's hair lol (to be fair it's pretty cool hair). As a thank you/excuse to draw Haru again I drew her with Diana's character Rissa! In general this was such a fun challenge to participate in, I loved seeing everyone else's designs! (Shout out to the winner btw, Yugao is gonna be a SUPER cool doll!) And I'm happy to say I'm a Kingdom Hearts fan for life! I've gotten into the mobile game and am seriously contemplating getting the other games, although I don't have my own PS system so that may be a bit difficult to manage. Oh! And sidenote but I've found a new way to make my character skeletons (the basic layout of a pose that you draw before drawing the character themself) that I really like! I feel like it's giving me a lot more vibrance in the poses and allows for greater diversity in body types (which I've been trying to add for a while with limited success). Just submitted my design for @dollfairy 's #dollfairydesignchallenge ! In honor of that, here are the digital versions of some of my sketches. First we have both of Haru's outfit designs, helpfully separated out so that you can see every part of each outfit. The darker design is her original outfit, the lighter one is the outfit she wears at the end of her story. The second picture is the digital version of her reference picture, the culmination of 6 different color scheme options lmao. The third picture is her with her little brother Haruka, who has been left uncolored for the time being. In it she's wearing her second, lighter outfit.
