A message I wanted to get out. I’m just NOW starting to live my life or more specifically, these days I’m able to really live my life. On my terms. I wanna do a ton of things and I plan to but, also realizing that I got it pretty good. I’ve built a business for myself with people who genuinely support me and I’ll never take that for granted. I have great friends I can go to even though I don’t see them as much these days. My skills aren’t where I’d like them to be but knowing that I’m working toward them being to a point I can approve one day, gives me something to strive for. My life has always had some circumstances that unfortunately embedded this inability to fully be happy because even when things were really good, i felt they might’ve been “too good”, like I’m subconsciously expecting things to go wrong things are so good and I’m not in that space anymore. Recently things have been amazing and staving off the anxiety of expecting something bad is beyond me now. It doesn’t mean everything’s fine, far from it actually. Things are getting harder and growing up is tough. I know adults older then me who are still “growing up” and getting it together but, with my new found clarity I welcome all challenges and obstacles as opportunities toward the life I’ve been given. This is the world my ancestors lived in and I’m gonna live to. I’m going where the wind takes me and braving new frontiers discovering new things and making more friends along the way. I wouldn’t draw about it unless I was really living it.
