Doki Doki Poly Girls Headcanon
Natsuri and Sayonika is good and all, but have you considered a poly ship with all the girls?? Omg itâs the Doki Doki Poly Club!
Sayori struggles waking up in the morning, so the other girls all take turns to help her wake up. Monika is the most gentle and patient with her, while Natsuki is more aggressive and impatient about it. Yuri letâs her anxiety take over her, so she never really knows what sheâs doing. In the end, all of their different efforts work out.
Monika shakes Sayori softly to wake her up and whispers soothing words to her. Sometimes Sayori is feeling mischievous and fake sleeps to see what she does. In return, Monika will tickle her a bit. Itâs a cute and playful way to start the day.
Natsuki on the other hand, will use her booming voice and send her empty threats to get her up. She also will flick her on the forehead as well if Sayori is being difficult. If the petite girl tells her she wonât get any breakfast if she doesnât get up soon, Sayori will immediately dash out of the room and head on to the kitchen. Natsuki considers it a win in her book.
Yuri watches her for a bit, trying to think the most effective way to wake her girlfriend up. So caught up in her mind, Sayori will wake up from the unintentional staring. That cracks her up, while Yuriâs face is red as a tomato.
All the girls like to brush each otherâs hair in a train formation! Smallest to tallest, of course. Sayori hums a tune to herself, while brushing Natsukiâs hair. Sometimes she yanks her hair harshly by accident with the brush which Natsuki will yell in protest. Occasionally, Natsuki will be so calm and relaxed by her hair being combed and an almost catlike purr will escape her mouth. The other girls will never comment it to her face because they will know the result of it. Yuri and Monika will switch brushing hairs because they have the longest out of the four. Yuri and Natsuki will sometimes braid Monikaâs hair and use her white bow as the hair tie. Girlfriend goals honestly.
Sayori is the most affectionate of the bunch. Monika is a close second. Natsuki being the Tsundere she is, will only be subtle with physical contact. As time continues, she will become more accustomed to it. She never initiates it though, the other girls will do it for her. Yuri is the most shy and nervous of affection. Reading together with her is her sign of affection. However, if the other girls are having a bad day, Yuri will cuddle with them or embrace them in some way.
Natsuki cooks all the meals, obviously. Monika is her assistant in the kitchen, Yuri reads off the recipe for them and Sayori is the little thief who tries to snatch up the food theyâre making. Sayori no swiping!
Natsuki likes to give the other girls gifts, via the sweets she makes. To show her love and appreciation to her girlfriends, she gives them cookies, brownies, or cupcakes as a little present. Sayori likes to try and take a bite out of the other girls food. Monika is more than happy to comply, while Yuri scolds her on her antics.
Yuri prefers one-on-one dates with the other girls instead of all together. None of them mind. With Natsuki, theyâll go to the bookstore for a date. With Sayori, theyâll go to a movie or stay inside for a date. And with Monika, theyâll go to a fancy restaurant she picked reservations for.
Every Saturday, the girls have a movie night. Each week, one of the girls will pick the movie. Natsuki will pick a cartoon, cute film, Sayori picks a bittersweet film, Yuri picks a corny horror movie film and Monika picks a romance film. Natsuki and Sayori will make a pillow fort every so often and the two fall asleep together on the ground. Yuri and Monika will tuck them in and then they will cuddle on the couch.
Four of them fit on a queen size bed. Sayori and Natsuki sleep in the middle, while Yuri and Monika sleep on either side. Sayori definitely snores, without a doubt. Natsuki kicks a bit in her sleep. They all love each other very much, so they deal with all of their sleeping habits.
Monika has surreal nightmares of her killing her girlfriends. She never truly explains it to the others, though. She only tells them bits and pieces, leaving out the bigger parts of the dream. The girls never press her on it, they respect her privacy.
Natsuki wears the rest of her girlfriends clothes. Theyâre all big on her and she loves it. She likes wearing them as if theyâre gowns. When all of her clothes are in the washer machine, sheâll wear the others clothes. The girls tease her relentlessly for it. She surprisingly lets them, only for a bit.
When Sayori is having one of her bad days and her depression is really through the roof, her girlfriends know exactly what to do. They comfort her and they cuddle the day away. They remind her how much they love her. Natsuki cooks her her favorite meals. Yuri reads her one of her favorite novels. Monika plays the piano for her, singing one of her songs.
Monika and Yuri like to sit together in silence and do solo activities. They enjoy their company without words. Monika is usually typing away on her computer or writing in her notebook, while Yuri is lost in her books. Their silence is usually interrupted by Sayori and Natsuki. They wouldnât have it any other way.
