3 Winter tips I know you won’t listen to but I’ll say them anyway. 1. Turn your ceiling fan on a low setting. (Heat rises, so with the fan on it pushes the warmer air down towards you) 2. Fluctuate between warm and cold shower temperatures ( cold improves circulation and trains the body to increase its natural testing temp) 3.
