I lost a very dear friend today. My friend Tony, aka Dogbomb. He was diagnosed with ALS last March, and decided on assisted suicide to go with dignity before the disease decided for him. He passed away a few hours ago.Β
He has been NOTHING but a positive person in all of this, laughing about times he fell, laughing at how he was doing things his doctor told him not to. He has been SUCH an inspiration, such a positive person in all of this. SO MANY people were affected by his life and now his death. Look up #AToastForDogBomb on Twitter. I am so blessed to have known him and called him my friend.Β
So with this, I share a photo from my more furry days. He is the one in the black and tan dog fursuit, and to the right of him is my dear friend Jolyn, who passed away nearly 3 years ago. Iβm in the front in the Penguins jersey, of course.
All dogs go to heaven, and if there is a heaven, I am more than certain he is there.Β
