This will make yourself stand out more but it should you put in some time to understand what the company stands for, what your job responsibilities are and also it can help you get ready for any questions that you want to ask, speaking of which. Have questions ready to ask while at the interview and don’t ask questions like how much the pay rate is, but questions like what’s the work environment like or as the person interviewing you how long have they been with the company. Last but not least always email the person that interviewed you with a thank you email, it might not seem that important but it will help you stand out.
