Three years ago yesterday, something happened and when I first read this quote, I was certain that “my stress” would never go away. But, here I am three years on and all I can say is wow, I’ve done so well, I’ve come so far! Even though it took me longer than a year, to feel like things had actually changed. I’m just so much better than back then. Believe in yourself, you beautiful people; it does get better.
