Do they really think it's that easy? That something so stupid could fix him? That it could remove what he did to himself? It almost made him laugh.
He could've easily had himself a decent lunch, yet a bit of humanity still lingered inside himself, making Jean feel a little guilt at the thought of killing these two. He wanted to make the pain in his stomach go away temporarily, to devour these idiots desperately, but it seems that they don't really understand the danger that they're in.
