45) Favorite horror movie antagonist?

1. Freedom from addiction.  It might not be a conventional one, or a substance that’s very easy to attain, but her thorough addiction to power has done quite a bit.  It’s one of the main things she terribly dislikes about herself when “clean”, and lives in a constant awareness of.

2. Her flock of sheep.  She misses them terribly.

“That depends entirely on what it is you think you’re feeling, Magister.”  Essa intoned, voice calm and even.  The book she’d been reading aloud from was set on the nightstand.  He’d fallen to lean against her as she’d read aloud, her voice bringing life to the story, just as the story brought life to her typically somewhat deadpan, droning voice.

She’d slowly begun pulling back the collar of his suit, loosening his neck tie and feeling along the back of his neck, noting some tension.  That secret, nurturing nature within had kick-started and her fingers slipped under the fabric of his outfit to gently rub at his neck and shoulders. 

“If comfort is what you’re feeling, then yes.  One of the less terrible physical feelings there is.  Relaxation, ease.  It’s a highly sought after middle ground to be.  Not too aware, not too lethargic.  Especially at the hands of someone you trust.”  Her voice was soft near his ears, breath on the back of his neck.
