Cordelia’s response was short as she passed back into her lab with her arms full of gear and tools. Her current project was turning out to be much more of a problem than she had anticipated and the stress associated with said project was evident. She returned from the back area with a rag that she was using to clean her hands of the grime from her equipment.

Looking at the doctor he simply listened, and with his hands trembling possibly from the pain or his inner fury raging like a thousand storms within it. Now hearing something about the pain being dulled was a good thing... but examinations and other parts require specialists... the only types are in Atlas.. and going back there was a death sentence.
