Spent today getting some work done at this lovely cafe!
Not gonna lie, being an intern doctor is really hectic! Nevertheless, we gotta keep striving for the well being of our future patients. How are you guys doing?

081216 Day 8 5 S t u d y T i p s Here are my five study tips for you guys! 1. Always plan your study session. Use your bullet journal or a list to allot time to topics and avoid getting carried away while studying one topic. 2. NEVER HIGHLIGHT IN THE FIRST READ. It only puts your brain into autopilot mode! Take notes in the margin and then highlight in the second read. 3. Make mind maps and flash cards. You can carry the flashcards around and test yourself! 4. Make sure your study environment is peaceful. Avoid locations such as your bed, your sofa, bean bag because you might fall asleep and staying in such a posture for too long can be tiring. 5. Try to test yourself regularly. You can go through previously asked questions in the exams or question banks or even seek help from your professors if they are willing! I hope these help you guys. Do let me know in the comments if you find them useful. #decemberstudychallenge #doctorign #doctortobe #doctorign #medstudent #doctorinthemaking #medgram #medblr #studyblr #studygram

071216 Day 07 S t u d y S c h e d u l e Most of the times, I do not follow any hard and fast study schedule. How much I study often depends on my mood and how near my exams are ππ I do set daily goals, though. Here's a photograph from by Bujo from September. These help me to keep track of things and not forget anything, not to forget the AMAZING feeling you get when you see a completed listππ #decemberstudychallenge #doctorign #doctortobe #doctorign #medstudent #doctorinthemaking #medgram #medblr #studyblr #studygram
061216 Day 6 P l a n n e r / B u j o I started bullet journalling in August, but a lot of days I used to get extremely busy and miss entries (as you can see ππ) This is an old photographs of my Bujo from August. I like writing all of my thoughts into it. I do not spend much time decorating it because that takes a lot of time and for me, it defeats the purpose of the Bujo being easily accessible and user friendly. My Bujo has pages for: 1. Index 2. College time table 3. Quotes 4. Cycle, sleep and water tracking 5. Stuff I want to buy 6. Monthly log 7. Future log 8. Daily entries I number my pages and occasionally add entries that interest me such as recipes, books I like, places I want to visit etc. I hope you guys find this helpful! #decemberstudychallenge #doctorign #doctortobe #doctorign #medstudent #doctorinthemaking #medgram #medblr #studyblr #studygram
051216 Day 5 S t u d y E s s e n t i a l s Whenever I study, I make sure I have these following essential things with me: 1. My text book/study material/notes/presentation 2. A notebook/ paper because the best way to learn is to write it down! 3. A click pencil - I don't like mutilating textbooks with pensπ so I keep a pencil handy, usually 0.7mm click pencil ππ 4. Pens for note taking in the note book - I usually go for ball pens because gel pens run out really quickly and tend to smudge. My favorite pen brand is Reynolds and I absolutely love the Jetter Classic and 045. 5. Post its for adding extra points/ summaries/ questions/ doubts to my textbook or notes 6. Flags to mark the important topics so I can easily access them later! 7. Highlighters to highlight important points on second read (I never use a highlighter on the first read because I do not know what is relevant what isn't! ) And I apologize for the late upload, I had an exam and I literally died on the bed after coming back because I hadn't slept for even an hour the day beforeπππ #decemberstudychallenge #doctorign #doctortobe #doctorign #medstudent #doctorinthemaking #medgram #medblr #studyblr #studygram
