Yukhei is a people person. He doesn't consider himself one, he is one. His nature is to get along with everyone he meets and make a friend out of a stranger or an acquaintance. It happens naturally, which is why he didn't have any preferences for a roommate. He'd been sure that whoever accepted the offer, friendship was inevitable.

Enter Doyoung, and, well. That was a shit notion.

Docas  

were inspired by the Docas de Alcantara” in Lisbon and just like them, they aren’t stores anymore but a restaurant, café, bar, nightclub, karaoke-bar, nightclub, lounge, arts center and even a national park if you want.

It was built for the “Salty Paws Saloon” lot,   Whiskerman’s Wharf   in  Brindelton Bay 

I like to build all-in-one as  venues (to spare lots for my households)  and this one is no exception, only the smallest one.  It may also be used a a residential lot... though you won’t find a “normal” bedroom,  then this  lot was built for a challenge  with the    LittleMsSam’s Mod: Living inBusiness  in mind.
