Harris died at hospital on Saturday morning at age of 76
Some sad news to share - Doc Harris, the original English narrator for the Ocean dub of Dragon Ball Z, has passed away. While he had some roles in other anime dubs--including playing lead character Genki in the Monster Rancher anime--he's by far best remembered by fans as the guy who would say "Next time, on Dragon Ball Z!" in that original Ocean dub. He was 76 years old.
Thank you for all the memories, Doc Harris. You will never be forgotten by Dragon Ball fans!

DerpyCon is saddened to learn of passing of Doc Harris this week at 76. Best known among our audience for his Narration work for Dragon Ball Z, Mr. Harris began his career in radio broadcasting in Canada in 1966. He was known by names such as “Gil Harris” and “Doc Holiday” before he took on the moniker of Doc Harris. Mr. Harris also voiced other characters in the Dragon Ball Z dub, along with roles such as Grogar in My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic, and voices in Monster Rancher, Mobile Suit Gundam: Encounters in Space, Aegis Defenders, Ninjago, Hulk: The Video Game, and Captain N The Game Master. Our condolences go to his family and fans.

Tucked away in a little mountain town of Montana lies the Harris Ranch, the home of a patchwork werewolf pack. They've lived a pretty drama free life so far, if you don't count Elliot's constant health problems, until Carter finds a vampire covered in blood and lost in the snow.
In the beginning, the vampire can't even remember his own name, but the more the pack learns about him, the clear his past becomes, and it's bloody. Follow the pack as they slowly remind this traumatized young teen what it means to be safe.
(And possibly enact revenge on his behalf.)
Now lets meet the cast!
Christian "Doc" Harris - 46 - He/Him - Doc is the alpha of the Harris Pack and a Pediatric Emergency Physician at the local hospital. Stern and serious, Doc is fiercely protective of kids, especially his own, but he has an obvious soft spot for his oldest, Carter.
Delilah Rought - 42 - She/Her - Pack beta and the local witch, Delilah is a powerful Alchemist and Doc's best friend of many years. This mage always has a few tricks up her sleeves especially when it comes to threats to her family.
Carter Marci - 25 - He/Him - With an abrasive personality and the natural instinct to lash out when cornered, Carter is a hard wolf to get along with. Doc saved him from a broken home and Carter will do anything to make sure that violence never reaches his new home, even purge internal threats.
Anne-Marie Garcia - 34 - She/Her - An absolute joy to be around, Anne-Marie brings love and light into every room she enters. She works as a elementary school teacher and brings that patience home to her pack every day.
Mindy Harper - 23 - She/Her - After Mindy and her brother Vincent lost their pack, they didn't have anywhere to go until they stumbled upon the Harris Pack who welcomed them with open arms. Since then, Mindy's thrived, turning into the independent young woman she is today.
Vincent Harper - 19 - He/Him - Losing his pack left lasting scars on Vincent, but you would never know by looking at him. Rocking constantly changing hair and a punk aesthetic, Vincent lives every moment like it's his last and savors every moment with the loves of his life.
Anthony "Andy" Richmond - He/Him - Money doesn't buy happiness, and Andy is testament to that. He may have been born to the richest family in town, but neglectful parents and a desire for attention nearly killed him. That is, until he met Mindy and joined the pack. Now he knows what love truly feels like and he wouldn't give that up for the world.
Elliot Chase - 18 - They/Them - Elliot joined the pack by accident. It started with Vincent and a classic love story—human falls in love with a werewolf. Then Elliot got hurt, opening a worm can of health problems, and the only way to save their life was to turn them. That was four years ago, though, and these days Elliot's just trying to survive college as a disabled student.
Jamie Costillo - 19 - He/Him - Carter finds Jamie in the snow late on January, slumped over and covered in blood. A fresh escape, they determined, but from what no one can answer except Jamie himself.
