Modern AU Temari and Kankuro bring Gaara to a rage room and watch him go ham smashing shit. It's a weekly outing. Temari and Kankuro break shit too, but Gaara is just... Uh... Wow. They love him though.

I've always thought about Temari breaking down crying after Gaara fully, sincerely apologized for everything once they got home after Konoha Crush, and she apologizes to Gaara for not being a better big sister, for being to afraid to defend him or get closer to him, for not protecting him, and for leaving him when Rasa told them to when they were little. She tells Gaara she should have held onto him as tightly as she could and told Rasa she would never leave her baby brother. But she was too afraid of their angry father and she was too little and didn't understand or know what she wouldn't see Gaara again for years. She blames herself for being too afraid of Shukaku, and for not knowing how to approach Gaara or how to get Gaara and Kankuro to get along and forgive each other. She feels responsible as the eldest to take care of them both and feels like she failed them. Gaara is very understanding, too understanding at times, and she tells her it's not her fault and he understands that all three of them were too young to know what to do about any of it and they were all put through hell by their father and their village. Kankuro cries and apologizes for being angry at Gaara for so long, being a brat to Temari, and being on their dad's side without knowing what Rasa was really doing to Gaara, or what Gaara was really going through and having to deal with. They all forgive each other and say they don't blame each other for any of it. They all hug and begin their healing journey together.
