"You look around the basement, taking note of the high ceilings and elaborately detailed table. This is a place that the Syndicate takes pride in maintaining, not just a meeting room. Of course, it IS a meeting room. but it's more than that. This room is used as ostentatious proof of allegiances, and it does a good job of it. On the far wall, there is a row of eight armour stands illuminated by lanterns. Six of them have polished and gleaming armour obviously visible, as well as name plates at the feet of the stands, reading Protesilaus, Zephyrus, Lethe, Nemesis, Toby(think of cool name later), and Conner. One, labelled Harpocrates, sits empty, with the armour's wearer likely off on some adventure, making use of it. The last one holds armour, but it's notably different from the rest. This one seems as if it was half-finished, and then abandoned. It has a name plate, but this one is old and tarnished, and difficult to read. Do you attempt to read it anyway?"
(DC 10 investigation check.)
Failure:
"You squint hard at the plate, but the tarnished metal is too far decayed to make out. By the other plaques it must be a name, but you couldn't begin to guess who's."
Success:
