Do Not Adjust Your Set, Series 1, episode 11. Featuring Eric Idle's epic RBF, the Bonzos performing "Death CAB For Cutie", and a wonderfully absurd group performance by the cast and the band- "Captain Fantastic" with Eric Idle and half of the Bonzos, while the remaining cast and band groove out while dressed as either superheroes or some weird modernist Renaissance fantasy (I think... Well, it's Vivian Stanshall ffs, there's no telling.)

They may have called it children's television, but all of them knew their actual key demographic* very well.

Episode 7, the Captain Fantastic segment (referring to the musical sequence with the Bonzos and Eric Idle). I am singing along because I've got it memorized. Also, this is just delightfully silly.
