salle wa salam is an order to others to send their blessings on the Prophet.
i dont think a lot of the people who say it are aware of that tbh but even so, telling people to do an obligation doesnt lift it from yourself

Ah I see, that’s another issue I’m afraid. Put this under the ‘tumblrstaff’ tag, they’ll probably see it and get back to you - they’ve gotten back to me in the past so it works :)
hmm, i thinkn i'll leave it for now, but i'll try that if it happens again
dnarmi replied to your post: Still think the military coup in Egypt is defensible? Still think Morsi was worse than what you have now?
When I first saw the images of Egyptian tanks and soldiers firing indiscriminately at protesters I thought it was footage from the Israeli-Palestinian conflict. What a disgrace.
I just watched some of the live coverage on Al Jazeera showing statements being made by government ministers on Egyptian State TV, and I immediately had flashbacks of Libya. Who even buys this crap about Egypt fighting terrorism? Seriously? They overthrow a government in a military coup, they open fire indiscriminately on peaceful protesters, they kill women and children that are unarmed, they shoot wildly into crowds from helicopters, they attack people in mosques and during prayers, but yet they're the ones fighting terrorism? Seriously?
$#@*&!$%^%#$*&$&^%#*$&$% them!
