I worry that my love for DND is waning. It used to be difficult to turn off the flow of ideas. I would have to consciously fight them down while I was at work or I wouldn't do anything else. Ask me for a session and in 3 hours I'd have a six-hour session with backstory and religious lore.
But lately I'm having trouble even deciding on a setting. I can't pick any monsters and I can't seem to populate a single damn room. I have a few pages of half filled brainstorms that I know won't go anywhere. I miss the hyperfixation and the rush of creativity, but I can't seem to get myself there. Here's hoping it doesn't last
