Granted it must have come off weird,  the sudden embrace, she didn’t know  him all that well or at all mostly but the  human contact-- she needed it. Some  tie back to reality.

More than anything, Jane wished she had been patient enough to wait for a ride home from work. But she had assumed -- naively, as always -- that it would be fine to walk home at midnight, that everyone would be sleeping and there would be nobody around to hurt her. And so she headed out into the night, hands buried deep into her pockets to protect them from the chill, boots kicking up half-melted snow as she walked. 

Four sets of footsteps that had been following her for a couple of blocks now were definitely proving her whole safety theory wrong.

One wrong turn had her in an alley, cornered, and as she reached into her bag, her heart sank; she remembered loaning her pepper spray to one of the other girls at work last week so that she could stay safe on a night out. She was defenceless, and she knew it.

Who is the most affectionate?

Steph, Dmitri has his moments, but Steph’s easily the winner. She can’t pass by without some sort of soft touch or prodding or messing up his hair.

Big spoon/Little spoon?

Dmi prefers to be the big spoon, but sometimes Steph pulls him in. He goes with it, sometimes it’s nice to have a Steph Brown jetpack.

Most common argument?

Dmi not talking to his father, who’s actually kinda cool, AND YEAH I KNOW WHY, GEEZ. Steph has her own issues with her own dad, and she really wishes that would help Dmitri put his own issues into perspective.

Favorite non-sexual activity?

Eating. Steph likes to drag him out to restaurants, usually hole in the wall places, sometimes actually have respectable looking joints. He’s up for the ride, she’s lived in Gotham more than he has really. When they visit New York though, that’s his territory, and of course he takes her to his favorite places.

Who is most likely to carry the other?

Dmitri. Steph’s not exactly sure what would take him down hard enough for her to have to carry him, but it’s a safe bet that if he’s down, it’s only after she’s been taken out in the first place.

Nicknames?

Dmitri: Stef (which absolutely sounds different from Steph), Stefaniya, Bat-Blonde

Steph: Dmi, Astroboy, Anastasia (she’s getting a little mocking when tat one comes out lbr), and most any other robot boy references that pop to her mind.

Who worries the most?

You’d think it’d be Dmitri, but it’s Steph. It’s not his safety as much as it’s for his state. Is he okay? Is he taking care of himself? Should she go pull him out into the sunshine? What was that weird smell in his lab?

Who tops?

They like to change it up, but sometimes he finds it hard to give her that much control in the bed. 

Who initiates kisses?

Steph, Dmitri tends to go for knee melting ones, but Steph’s are more regular, more sudden, and most constant.

Who wakes up first?

Dmitri, since he doesn’t really need sleep like that. He usually stays in bed for a while unless he’s working on something.

who the fuck put the peeps in the microwave: Steph, because why are there even peeps here if not to microwave them? Fun fact, I don't really think she likes peeps. Why else would she microwave them.

who forgot to put the cat outside before sex: Steph, Dmitri wouldn't be that bothered at the end of the day.

who posts vines of the other doing embarrassing shit: Steph, and Dmi totally plays into it. You know he'd be totally game for doing dumb boyfriend tricks.

who breaks the most phones: Steph, but it's cool, Dmitri can fix it or even make her a new one.

who dies first: He's not letting her die, period.

which one I could see as being lactose intolerant: Steph, only because Dmi can fix himself not to be. But let's be real, he's probably totally play into her dairy habits.

who thinks they can do something really well even though they can’t: Steph. Steph Brown is a show off, where have you been? Dmitri can usually hit the mark a little better than she can.

who is more likely to get kicked out of the bed: Dmitri, but he probably banishes himself or goes down to his lab. If he couches it, you know she'll just get lonely and go flop on him.
