There's a salt encrusted post card waiting on Hacock's desk, it reads.. 'Mayor Hancock, I'm sorry to bother you in this way but I'm running into some trouble and I've heard that you might be able to help. I'm responsible for a number of people, many of whom have been through a great deal of trauma. One in particular is coping with that trauma through heavy chem use. Do you have any advice on how to stay safe while using? I can't force them to stop but I don't want them to get hurt. -DiMA-'
The ghoul takes a good deal of time reading over the note and considering how to respond, safety generally wasn’t a concern of his when he was using.
Maybe he should let Fahrenheit write back instead....
Taking out a sheet of paper and a pen, he sits and leans over to write a note back.
‘DiMA,
I’m sorry I don’t have a better answer for you, but there isn’t a surefire way to make chem use safe. Stay with them, keep an eye on them and keep some addictol nearby, make sure they don’t do anything dangerous while using and keep some water on hand. Other than that, I’m not sure what to tell you, just be there for them, it’s all you really can do.
––Hancock.’
