I don't even think it occurs to them to ACTUALLY hurt Bing. that being said i dont think he's a terribly good keeper. they have knock off Uno (came free with the room), they have one chair, and... uh...
in truth this is a bit hard to answer because the things Bing does for enrichment are also comic and adventure ideas that I have in the drafts, like making them extras or film crew for his schemes. But as compensation I'll talk about the kind of stuff the rejects request from larry or bing:
Film Buff Tom: an allowance (not given without badgering), tickets to movies in his theater (regrets it pretty much instantly every time)
Scribble Tom: DSM V, art supplies (namely paint), alcohol (not given), comedically large hammer, video games
Realistic Matt: novelty toys, care products, video games, tea, milk, various joke requests that he does not expect to be entertained
Torm: mostly things that tomatoredd already wants (he makes sure that they get them), r/malelivingspaces, extra bacon, alcohol (not given)
Tomatoredd: art supplies (various), Cola, bacon, board games, mirror, different clothes (lost privileges), bass (lost privileges), bass instrument (lost privileges), manga, horror movies (thin ice), pumpkin
closest I can give you for cocomelon equivalent is bacon for redd and torm, the halves of them that are obsessed with it are pretty single minded to it, entirely takes them over.
