May God continue to open doors for you. “When I lost my parents at age five I moved to my sister..At age 17, I left my oldest sister Ella’s home to live on my own inorder to EXPERIENCE life. Between paying rent and paying my school fees at Monrovia college It wasn’t easy. My second year in my one room apartment on Benson street, one early morning while getting ready for school, I heard a knock. When I opened the door, I met three sheriffs with a warrant inviting me to West Point court because I was owing my land lady six months rent and she got tired with me appealing everyday (I know ). Yep! We got to the court I was asked if I had anyone to bill me out? I said no! So I was detained for eight hours on that bench all because I refused to call my family for help. (BECAUSE I WANTED TO EXPERIENCE LIFE ON MY OWN) and I’m glad I did. After that day, I mean after that humiliation, I cried bitterly and because of that situation I made a decision that it won’t ever happen again!!!
