The prompts used for this week are ones that aren’t usually used, and they were chosen in order to encourage everyone to participate, not just giffers. Meta, Screencaps, Fanfiction, Fanart, and any type of edit are all welcome and encouraged! Even a text post will be reblogged.  For that purpose, below the cut there are more “in-depth” explanations and suggestions so that those who may be unsure could get ideas.

1. Her empathy - She has such a huge heart, always seeing people as people whenever she meets them. And she knows how to reach out to people in their own ways, like sitting with May in the cockpit when they’ve barely interacted at the time. She has such a read on people.

2. “Being different can mean making a difference.” - Hearing her say this encouraged me to invest in myself and even start to just believe that I could bring change to the world. Maybe we are different because we’re meant to make a difference.

3. Her general badassery - She’s not a stereotypical skinny pale blonde, not that I have any problem with those who are, but she’s out of the stereotypical and kicks ass. And she may look nothing like me, but just seeing someone who’s different, and Asian like me, being one of the most powerful characters out there? It was one of the few times I felt empowered.

4. She stepped up and devoted herself to not only SHIELD’s purpose, but also to her mother’s legacy: leading a community of Inhumans. Pretty sure she didn’t mean to lol but she lent a hand to any Inhuman in need, and it’s so cool that she continued her mother’s legacy despite the good and the bad that it comes with.

5. Control - She keeps her autonomy to herself, and that of others to their own, and the fact that she emphasizes this because it’s been taken away from her so many times, it taught me a lot. It changed my perspective on life. And maybe, just maybe, I could also help bring back control in a place that’s been robbed of it again and again, if someone like her was able to do it repeatedly.
