You can’t tell me Sabine wouldn’t paint her name plate for a mugshot. Where she got the paint, when she got the time 🤷🏽‍♀️

Started out as a screencap redraw of Sabine and Kanan from the Mandalore arc but somewhere along the way, I decided to make it Din instead

I keep thinking Sabine’s the hardest Mandalorian to draw/paint what with all that armour but no. Yet again I am reminded Din is the difficult one. So many weird pieces.

May I present…

Had this one finished a while ago but I keep holding off on posting it because I’m worried people are gonna think this is Din usurping Ezra’s place and it’s not but… it’s complicated.

See, okay, yes, this is based on the photo of Ezra with his parents. But there’s a reason for that.

In my fic-verse, Lift a Sail, Din learns he’s from Lothal (I made Aq Vetina the name of a settlement on Lothal rather than the name of a planet). He then learns he’s the son of Ephraim and Mira Bridger (their first son). The photo of his parents with child Ezra is the thing that confirms the fact (he remembers what his parents looked like, and seeing them with another son confirms they survived the attack on Aq Vetina).
