Post 2 of 2 ••• I enjoyed dinner solo this evening here in Palermo 🥰 in anticipation of my 10 guests arriving tomorrow from the US! ✈️ I particularly love the CRUDO dish anywhere I know there is fresh fish. A variable platter of raw bounty from the Mediterranean (including the famous and endemic Sicilian sweet red shrimp, yum!) (Photograph in previous post) . Then I chose the scampi risotto with the same raw red shrimp and fresh burrata with pistacchio crumble over the top… wow 😍 . Palermo is delicious!
