“Gimme Angst!” //any muse is fine ;u;
{9. My muse just escaped a murder and goes to yours, clothes ripped and gashes and cuts all over their face. They are pleading for your muse to help them.}
Ayame had finally been able to escape the malevolent clutches of the notorious Deadman prison. It had been forced to shut down after a multitude of government officials cited grievous inhuman treatment of its inmates, particularly those referred to as ‘Deadmen.’ The reasoning behind this was they possessed a special ability that allowed them to form a certain type of weapon with their blood. Deadmen were experimented upon, and forced to participate in what most would call a death match known as the ‘Carnival Corpse.’
Months passed by with no incidents following the closure of the prison. But tonight that would change. One of the youngest Deadmen would barely escape the night with her life.
One of the former guards at the prison had always despised Ayame. He believed that she was an entitled brat who could never hold her tongue. And for the most part, it was the truth. But she was far from entitled. Her parents had left her in the hands of the prison scientists after taking a bribe to leave the country. So she had every right to speak her mind. Yet he still cautioned her that he would make her pay if she did not change.
And pay she would. On a rather dreary Tuesday night, Ayame was making her way home after a grueling shift at work. She was exhausted, and in turn her reflexes were quite delayed. The guard came out of no where and tackled her to the ground. He pulled out a knife, and as soon as Ayame’s gaze fell upon the blade she knew she had to escape. That would be no easy task, as the man was almost twice her size. Yet she could use that to her advantage.
She began to squirm, making it much more difficult for the man to land an accurate blow. After the struggle went on for what felt like an eternity for Ayame, she was finally able to find an opening. When he landed a blow on her right cheek, she grabbed his arm as soon as he pulled the blade away from her face. Ayame bit the hand that grasped the knife, causing him to scream in agony. Whilst he was distracted, she scrambled to stand up and make a break for it. Nothing could stop the momentum she had built up. Unless, of course, she collided with something. Or someone for that matter. Fuck it. I have to ask for help... No matter how much I hate doing it. I can’t fight that asshole alone.
“I... I could use a hand. Some asshole is trying to kill me for no good reason. And he almost did too... It’s a damn miracle I escaped.”
