Tháp chưng cất rượu gạo được các kỹ sư KAG VIỆT NAM thiết kế chế tạo hoàn toàn mới phù hợp với nhu cầu chưng cất rượu sạch, loại bỏ độc tố trong rượu, loại bỏ mùi hôi, xông của men chưa đạt chuẩn, hoặc khi ủ còn sống men. Đây là bước đột phá mới trong công nghệ chưng cất rượu truyền thống ở Việt Nam. 

Trước đây chỉ biết đến nấu, nồi đồng, nấu thuỷ thượng-baba, nấu chõ gỗ...Nấu rượu dạng tháp được biết và sử dụng từ lâu trên thế giới, tuy nhiên những loại tháp cao đa tầng hiện đại thường cho ra loại rượu cao độ( hay còn gọi là cồn) có mùi vị chung gần như nhau, khi muốn uống phải hạ độ như Vodka còn nồi nấu rượu dạng truyền thống đôi khi không giải quyết triệt để được mùi hôi của men còn sống, mùi nồng, dư lượng độc tố còn nhiều, không đạt tiêu chuẩn VSATTP hoặc rất khó để xuất khẩu rượu, phải qua công đoạn lọc rượu; hoặc xử lý làm già rượu( lão hoá rượu).
