I could have sworn I put up a “do not disturb” sign outside. Is it an emergency or can you just not read?

Oh?
There’s a new smell in the air tonight. It’s intriguing, appetizing, and this little incubus is hungry.

"there was a 'stay out' sign on the door for a reason." he points out, looking down at the visitor from his seat on a broken wooden stick that was broken neat the top and was also propped on a wall.
"Coffee!"
"Panda, I have an order for Panda!" Mark yelled over the crowded coffee shop.
"Mark, move your thumb, you’re covering up half of the name." Lyn said slightly confused as she never remembered hearing anyone with that name.
"Oh, silly me. I meant Pandora. I have and order for a Pandora!" He still thought it was a weird name though.

"Oh really? You do know I could do something a lot more excessive?"
"Well we could do something. But I don't really feel like doing any of that. Yet."

Stopping to rest let Deon raise his feet, if only for a little while; the rest of his group had gone off elsewhere -- perhaps to the tavern, knowing those oafs -- and yet Deon remained in the center of the city. Begnion had a reputation, whether famous or infamous, and in the small countryside cottage Deon grew up in, they did not tell wonderful stories about Begnion's bravery and kindness. Nestled against a wall, Deon counted his change -- some hundred pieces wouldn't be enough to get him anywhere outside the country, let alone up north. This was the country of honor and Holy Knights -- of countless heroic deeds and valor, and it was also the second time he had come here.
He wasn't about to go marching back for a third time -- his pride had been much too wounded for that, though the thought did cross his mind. He could have tried again, but he knew he wouldn't get much elsewhere without a pegasus to prove his worth; and yet, he couldn't obtain a pegasus without enlisting in the knights. Some double-standard system they have here.
As he counted his change, a spare coin slipped between his fingers and rolled into the middle of the busied streets. Well, that was a stupid mistake that cost him a solid coin. Now he was one gold shorter of buying himself a pegasus. He mentally slapped himself before rising to his feet and carefully avoiding the trampling of an entire city, though did carelessly to place his feet in a position that wouldn't trip a passersby. Deon could only watch in stupidity before quickly extending a hand.
"Oh my -- I'm terribly sorry, madam. Entirely my fault. May I be graced with aiding you for my blunder?" It was practically a miracle nobody had thought his sincerity for sarcasm -- hopefully he had not thought to soon.
